Ingredients for Making Serradura:
  • Marie Biscuits: 15 to 20
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 5-6 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Essence: ½ teaspoon
  • Whipping Cream: 1 cup

Method:
  1. Crush the Marie biscuits into a fine powder.
  2. Whip the cream until it becomes soft and fluffy.
  3. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence, then whip again until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. In a serving bowl, spread a layer of crushed Marie biscuits at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the biscuit layer.
  6. Repeat by adding another thin layer of crushed biscuits, followed by a cream layer. (The biscuit layer should always be thinner than the cream layer.)
  7. Repeat this layering process two more times, ensuring that the final top layer is a very thin sprinkle of biscuit powder—just lightly dusted.
  8. Refrigerate the prepared bowls for about 5 to 6 hours before serving.

Take it out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving.
